Common Questions
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Metro delivery is 3–5 days; rest of India 5–8 days.
A flat ₹99 shipping fee is charged on every order and is paid by the customer. There is no free-shipping threshold.
Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Reverse pickup and replacement shipping (₹99 each) are paid by the customer. Bridal sets are final sale unless defective. Damaged-on-arrival pieces are replaced at no extra cost.
Gold-plated pieces include quality certification. Solid gold custom orders receive BIS hallmark on request.
