Shipping Information

We ship carefully packed jewellery across India. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Bridal and custom pieces may require additional time — we'll notify you before dispatch.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order ID once your piece ships.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

A flat ₹99 shipping fee is charged on every order and is paid by the customer. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and included in the order total before payment.

Track your order anytime from our Contact page using your order ID, or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you request an exchange, reverse pickup and replacement shipping are paid by the customer (₹99 each).

Pieces that arrive damaged or defective are replaced at no extra shipping cost. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
