Return Window

Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Bridal sets and custom orders are final sale unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Email hello@houseofadaari.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Return and exchange shipping is paid by the customer. We will share pickup details; reverse-logistics charges of ₹99 apply.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the piece. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Prefer a different size or style? Exchanges are available within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging.

Exchange charges are paid by the customer: ₹99 reverse pickup for the original piece and ₹99 shipping for the replacement.

Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Bridal sets and custom orders are exchangeable only if defective or damaged on arrival.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
